Kelsi Lauger Wilson is Of Counsel with Sprouse Shrader Smith PLLC and focuses her practice primarily on Trial & Appellate, Labor & Employment and Real Estate. Kelsi also has experience in railroad law, personal injury law, and construction law. She enjoys advocating on behalf of both individuals and businesses through all aspects of the litigation process.

C. BRANTLEY JONES

Brantley Jones is a Member of Sprouse Shrader Smith PLLC whose practice focuses primarily on civil litigation. Brantley has worked on cases in both state and federal court throughout Texas. His experience includes pre-trial, trial and appellate work in a wide variety of contexts including commercial disputes, oil & gas litigation, and water law. Brantley has assisted clients in cases also involving employment matters, real property disputes, and personal injury cases.
In July 2016, Texas Senate Committee on Agriculture, Water & Rural Affairs invited Brantley to provide testimony regarding the application of oil and gas law to groundwater. he recently co-authored an article titled “The Evolving Legacy of AAEE v. Day: Toward an Effective State Water Plan” which was published in the Fall of 2016 issue of the Baylor Law Review.

TIMOTHY C. WILLIAMS

Timothy C. Williams is a Member with Sprouse Shrader Smith PLLC and his practice focuses on business litigation. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal court throughout the state of Texas. Tim assists clients in a broad range of matters including contracts, business disputes, fraud claims, construction claims, employment matters, oil and gas litigation, water law and probate. He also maintains an appellate practice. Tim has successfully represented clients in Texas appellate courts, including the Texas Supreme Court.
Tim is from Pampa, Texas and is also active in the Amarillo community, serving on the board of directors for various nonprofit and other community organizations. He enjoys running marathons and spending time with his wife and three children.

CHRISTINE C. VIZCAINO

CHRISTINE C. VIZCAINO

Christine C. Vizcaino is a Member with Sprouse Shrader Smith whose practice focuses on labor and employment law. Much of her practice is devoted to counseling employers on all matters affecting the employment relationship, from recruiting and retention to discipline and termination issues. Christine works with employers on best practices in the workplace regarding employee classification, wage and hour issues, policy drafting and implementation, terminations, and reductions in force. She routinely works with employers on drafting policies and procedures as well as providing training to management in areas such as sexual harassment, employee leave, workplace investigations, and EEOC compliance.
Christine is also a trial lawyer. She represents employers in all phases of litigation before state and federal agencies as well as state and federal courts. Christine has appeared before the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC), Oklahoma Employment Security Commission (OESC), Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Department of Labor (DOL) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). She has also successfully litigated claims of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful discharge before both state and federal courts.
In addition to her primary practice area of labor and employment law, Christine uses the experience she has gained from employment litigation to assist other clients in general civil litigation matters.

Christine is heavily involved in Susan G. Komen West Texas and is chairing one of the organizations major fundraisers for 2019.
